To fulfil orders, communicate about your account, prevent fraud, personalise recommendations, and comply with Nigerian law including the NDPR.
3. Sharing
We share with logistics partners (DHL, GIG), payment processors (Paystack, Stripe), and government bodies when legally required. We never sell personal data.

Order records: 7 years (tax law). Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe. Browsing logs: 90 days.
5. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection. Email sales@chibek.com — we respond within 30 days.
