1. Agreement
By accessing Chibek you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and able to enter binding contracts under Nigerian law.
3. Account
Keep credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account.
4. Orders & pricing
Listings are invitations to treat. We may cancel orders for stock, pricing, or fraud reasons with a full refund.
5. Shipping & risk
Risk passes on delivery. Title passes on full payment.
6. Returns
30-day window per our Returns Policy. Some items (consumables, custom-configured equipment) are non-returnable.
7. Warranties
Manufacturer warranty applies. Chibek's local-service guarantee covers installation defects for 90 days.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chibek's aggregate liability is limited to the order value of the affected transaction.
9. Governing law
Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes resolved in Lagos courts or by arbitration under the Arbitration & Mediation Act 2023.
